Where we search for buyers
Our properties may be Coastal, but our buyers are Global.
Not such a bold claim in today’s world of smart phones, broad band internet, sophisticated search engines and their algorithms. Nevertheless it remains a fact that real estate markets and the people looking at them are now accessible from anywhere on the planet.
We have however, not been swept away by the advent of internet marketing, it would be more accurate to say that we have been gently coaxed on the ebbing tide.
We have never lost sight of our grass roots beginning opposite the front beach at Point Lonsdale in 1960.
You would be surprised at how many of our property transactions have begun as a result of an informal chat ‘down the street’ or a potential buyer dropping into the office to catch up on the latest market intelligence. Buyers watch our windows.
Melbourne and the regional centres such as Geelong, Bendigo and Ballarat constitute the largest proportion of our buyers so we do of course pay special attention to those areas, mainly through database marketing to registered buyers and local advertising.
The internet has grown exponentially over the past few years and now provides the backbone of our marketing strategies utilising state of the art imagery, data base management, and tracking software; allowing us to communicate your message to anywhere globally in virtual real time.
