Our Auction of number 11 took place on Easter Saturday, with over a hundred people flooding the street. At first passed in, two keen purchasers moments later requested a secondary chance at the property in which bids were placed back and forth and the property was then sold.
Our Vendor’s price was $2.1- $2.2m. We sold 11 Qu’appelle Street at $2.360m.
