Following a 4-week campaign, our Kerleys Team hosted the Auction of 1 Nicholas Court, Point Lonsdale on Saturday the 11th February, at 11.00am.
Located just one door from the shoreline and steps from Point Lonsdale’s shops, cafes and restaurants, 1 Nicholas court provided a stellar opportunity to acquire a slice of Point Lonsdale in arguably one of the town’s favorite streets.
After a fast-paced competition between 3 bidders, the property sold quickly under the hammer and both vendors and purchasers were extremely pleased. A highly successful auction providing a superb result, the auction of 1 Nicholas Court ensured smiles all round.
